It all began back in the early 2000’s when Brendan took a job picking up sticks for pocket money in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Quickly taking to the industry having stumbled across an unfound passion he commenced studies in Arboriculture soon after. After working for the better part of a decade for a top tier tree company servicing Sydney’s east and leafy lower north shore, Brendan branched out on his own as a freelance tree climber and later as a small business operator.

After servicing the industry for 20+ years with experience across the entire field of commercial Arboriculture in both NSW and Victoria, Brendan and the family settled on the New England region of NSW and established Upland Trees, taking their namesake from the beautiful Upland forests of the NSW Northern Tablelands.

Bringing a unique skillset, broad industry experience and quality tools of the trade, Upland Trees now provide a professional Arboricultural service to the local community in both Town and Country on the New England plateau.
